Licensed as a Home Bakery in Virginia, however I am blessed to have use of a professional kitchen where all of my cakes are baked, decorated and safely await delivery.
All creations are made from scratch with fresh, local and mostly organic ingredients and custom sculpted
A variety of flavors and fillings are available, sugar cookies are either vanilla or chocolate
I typically use a whipped Swiss buttercream frosting (can be custom flavored) and a made-from-scratch fondant for accents or covering
